 Tony Makuch has over 40 years of mining sector management, operations, and technical experience. He was most recently President and CEO of Kirkland Lake Gold from 2016 until shortly after the company's C$30 billion acquisition with Agnico Eagle Mines in February 2022, which created the world's third-largest gold producer. He has received many awards and accolades throughout his career including; The Northern Miner’s Miner of the Year in 2019, the Globe and Mail’s Canadian CEO of the Year for 2018, and the Digger of the Year Award with Kirkland Lake Gold in 2018 from the Diggers and Dealers in Australia.

Vernon Cameron is a CPA with an Executive MBA from Katz School of Business. He is a former President of Sandvik Tamrock leading their Canadian business. He is an accomplished executive having spent the last 19 years in the US in the public and private sectors with Ingersoll Rand and Kennametal; then 12 years leading Private Equity companies in President and CEO roles. He has led businesses globally in both the mining and construction industries and has recently moved home to Sudbury to join Mayhew Performance as President and CEO.
