Our Team

Mike Mayhew is a globally recognized SME in battery technology, operational readiness, implementation, and performance with over 30 years of mining experience. Most notably, he was a pioneer in developing the first 40-tonne battery electric haulage truck from design to site implementation. He also has extensive management expertise, an engineering background, and a PMP certification.

 Nicole Mayhew is a Registered Practical Nurse  and specializes in health and safety and risk management. In addition to her extensive clinical experience,  she holds an Occupational Health certificate and has experience in supporting mining operations with preventative care.

Carter Mayhew is experienced in risk analysis, finance, customer service, and in leading and coordinating dynamic teams. He has been instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery. He holds a PMP certification and a BA in Business Administration.
